Welcome to J.W. Repair

We are a premier welding and fabrication organization.  We are also a retailer for grade five bolts, Weatherhead hoses, chain and chain links, weld-a-sprockets, and of course steel.

Do you need a railing or trailer hitch factory direct or fabricated when not available factory direct?  We are the custom fabrication shop to do that job for you.

Do you need a new hydraulic hose or fittings?  We have Weatherhead hoses and couplings which are considered some of the best.  Guaranteed not to leak (until you catch it in something, or it just plain wears out; no guarantee against that).

Do you need heavy grade five bolts, nuts, washers, loc washers, or loc nuts?  We have a large selection of those too.

Do you need chain?  We have roller chain in the most popular "farmer" sizes.

We can do parts work such as cutting, punching and bending.  We can use your materials or we can do the job from start to finish.

Call to see what we can offer.

Little Boxes All In a Row

Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes made of ticky tacky,
        Little boxes on the hillside,
        Little boxes all the same.
There's a green one and a pink one
And a blue one and a yellow one,
And they're all made out of ticky tacky
And they all look just the same.

Anyone who ever watched WEEDS knows this song.  When I saw these boxes all sitting in a row I thought of the little boxes made out of ticky tacky.  These boxes were made from start to finish by our most excellent weldor in our fabrication shop.  The picture at the end is the blue left on the driveway from painting the boxes blue, in this case there isn't just one blue one but a line of blue ones.

Poet Project Liberty Tour

We drove out to the casino, parked our vehicle, and rode the bus out to Poet for the tour Wednesday afternoon.  We went on the generic tour and saw lots of pretty prictures on flags at each of the tour stations which had little or nothing to do with the actual plant.  We did not get to see the bale chomper or anything neat.  All I can tell you for sure after taking the tour is that this is a big place with lots of pipes and they produce ethenol from corn stalk bales.
