This is a fabricated safety railing for a public facility.  It meets or exceeds all state and federal safety rules for public facility railings.  The railing started out as a pile of pipes hiding under a tarp in the driveway (the tarp was because of all the rain we are getting).  It is being wiped down to get all the black steel dust off before being primed and installed.
